Ms Grace is the co-founder and head coach at 10X Study Academy, where her effective coaching techniques have consistently produced remarkable results. On average, her students achieve a five-grade improvement within just two months, with the most impressive outcome seeing up to an 11-grade leap particularly in their O-Level examinations and achieving AL4+ at PSLE.

As a student, Ms Grace was awarded a full scholarship by the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE) to study at Singapore Chinese Girls' School and Victoria Junior College. She pursued Environmental Engineering at the National University of Singapore with a full undergraduate scholarship and was named to the Dean's List, ranking in the top 5% to 10% of her cohort. As an MOE-trained teacher, Ms Grace inspired a deep interest in Mathematics and Science among her students.

Since 2017, Ms Grace has been entrusted with a teaching role at a prestigious international school in Germany. She fulfils the position of Deputy Head of Mathematics, in addition to her role as a Mathematics and Science teacher. Furthermore, she has been chosen to take on the important responsibility of Safeguarding Lead.
